Business Context

Offer creation sat on a high-effort planning loop. Teams spent significant time on manual drafting and coordination, which constrained launch speed and reduced room for higher-leverage strategic work.

The challenge was not access to data. The challenge was moving from data to high-quality campaign actions fast enough to support business cadence.

What I Changed

I led an agentic AI workflow for context-aware offer generation and personalization. The objective was to reduce manual planning burden while preserving leadership control over final business decisions.

Core changes included:

  • introducing AI-assisted drafting aligned to campaign context
  • structuring personalization logic so recommendations were more actionable
  • defining human review checkpoints for quality and governance
  • aligning outputs with existing campaign execution processes

How the Team Executed

The rollout focused on practical adoption, not a disconnected pilot. Data science, marketing, and execution teams aligned on when agents should recommend, when humans should decide, and how outputs should be handed off for launch.

This kept the workflow accountable while still delivering the speed advantages of agentic support.

Outcome

The team reduced manual planning effort and improved launch velocity. More importantly, the organization gained a repeatable pattern for using agentic AI in production marketing workflows with clear operational ownership.
